As a mom we all have a tendency to put others first, but in doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves and our own personal health. Let me be your advocate and show you a kinder, gentler way to treat the most important person in your life.

A little about me:

Let me first off say I'm not a personal trainer or nutritionist. I'm a mom, just like you who was frustrated when I would look I the mirror.

I spent countless years researching and trying every diet fad under the moon, desperately trying to achieve the body of my dreams...

 

I knew I had the potential but I didn't know where to start.  I got to the point where I thought it was unattainable. I'm too old. I don't have the time, I'll never be able to wear a bikini again. I kept telling myself every excuse because I was constantly failing at every program I would try.

 

I wanted a fast fix and nothing was working. I started to give up hope that I could ever have the body I wanted.  

 

But I'm here to tell you it can be done. You can have the body of your dreams and I can show you how to do it!

I was following every 'fit girl' on instagram and doing the daily workouts they would post. I had no real direction or plan and found myself jumping from one online fitness challenge to the next.  Weights, endless cardio, 6-7 days a week in the gym, 2-3 hours a day...

After working out for 10+ years I was getting frustrated not seeing results I would expect despite living in the gym.

I was getting discouraged seeing transformations from other women who just started on their fitness journeys and seeing amazing results already in a few short weeks...

I had no idea I was overtraining and undernourishing my body.  I was just spinning my wheels.

 

I didn't understand how these girls managed to look so amazing year round... 

But then I figured it out and I'll let you in on a little secret...
